Our gym is open seven days a week to accommodate your fitness needs. The standard operating hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Please note that these hours may be subject to change on holidays or special occasions. We will notify you in advance of any alterations to the schedule.

We currently offer an unlimited membership for all classes excluding Reformer Pilates. Learn more here.

Parking is not included at our facilities. You will however be able to find paid parking in the area, as well as free parking on some of the side streets.

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi access to all our members.

Late Cancel: Class reservations can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits you used to book the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time, a late cancellation fee will be charged for select reservations.
Missed Reservation: If you miss your class reservation without cancelling, the credits used to book will be automatically deducted from your account. If you are on an unlimited membership, you will be charged a $25 fee for the class you missed.

We recommended that beginners and first timers take our reformer FUNDAMENTALS class before trying our other reformer Pilates classes on schedule. Alternatively, you can always book a private session with one of our expert instructors. For more info on private sessions, contact us.

If you are registered for a class, you will be provided with a small gym towel, a large shower towel and all the equipment need for your class.

For the safety and hygiene of our members, wearing appropriate footwear is mandatory.
